The 2010 Game Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is aged half in French and American oak and half using oak staves. It has a muffled nose of black cherry, iodine and peppermint with cassis emerging with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with bright redcurrant and red cherry fruit on the entry.
