The delicious 2000 Pafoj Bianco (a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc) sees a tiny bit of oak. It is an extremely perfumed, sexy, ripe, medium-bodied white offering mineral, flower, and fruit cocktail-like aromas as well as flavors. Enjoy it over the next year.
