An IGT wine, the 2015 Sauvignon is a fresh and easy-drinking summer white. The bouquet offers tones of white flower, citrus and green herb. The wine shows moderate depth but makes up for its easy approach by offering a solid sense of balance. This is a fine choice for bruschetta topped with sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaf. Drink this wine within the next 12 months.

The 2006 Sauvignon is stunning in its counterpoint of rich, ripe fruit, varietal aromatics and depth of expressiveness. With air, mint, smoke and mineral overtones gradually emerge to round out this superb wine. Like a fine cashmere sweater, its elegance is all about understated finesse. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2010.
