The 2011 Salmos is a well-crafted, tasty blend of Carinena, Garnacha Tinta and Syrah aged for 14-16 months in French oak barrels. The fruit is fresh, more red cherries and strawberries, with hints of cinnamon and vanilla from the oak and a tasty, medium-bodied palate with very good acidity, clean and delineated. Very drinkable.
