The 2015 Nuits St Georges, matured in 50% new oak, has an upfront and bold bouquet with raspberry coulis, crushed strawberry and rose petal aromas, quite Vosne-like in style. The palate has a little more structure than the Vosne-Romanée Village. There is impressive backbone in situ, slightly grainy in texture and with a mineral, limestone-tinged finish.
