The 2009 Branco “Terra De Lobos” is a blend of Fernao Pires and Sauvignon Blanc. This is fresh, friendly and quite delightful. It is simply delicious. The catch –which is not much of a catch considering the modest price range it plays in – is that its modest finish and depth dictate that you drink this as young as possible to retain its exuberance and flavor. It’s drinking great now. Drink now-2012. Importers: For all wines except Quartilho and Capoeira brands: Tri-Vin Imports, Mt. Vernon, NY; tel.
