Last Tasted 12/91There is more color and intensity to the nose of the Grands Echezeaux than to the Echezeaux. It is also fatter and more alcoholic, with soft tannins, plenty of richness, yet good structure and focus. Although fully mature, this outstanding example of red burgundy should continue to drink well for at least a decade.
