Medium straw to gold-colored, the 2009 3 Bridges Golden Mist Botrytis gives aromas of lemon marmalade, acacia honey and dried apricots with hints of preserved mandarin peel and candied ginger. Very sweet and viscous with a good acid line to lend balance, it offers plenty of dried stone fruit and honeyed flavors, finishing long. Drinking well now, it should keep to 2016.
