This wine, made from 65% of the former and 35% of the latter, is a lighter-styled, almost Beaujolais-like red wine with a light ruby color, gobs of black cherry and framboise-like fruit, an alluring level of glycerin, and soft, easy-going flavors that flow across the palate with considerable suppleness. Drink it over the next year. Rosemount Estate is known for its value-priced wines, and this offering certainly does justice to that reputation.Importer: Rosemount Estates Inc., Sonoma, CA; tel.
