From a Mount Veeder vineyard that's also a perennial component of the Private Reserve bottling, the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Lampyridae Vineyard features notes of blueberries, cassis and sage—just lovely mountain-fruit aromas. It's medium to full-bodied, reasonably concentrated and rich, with dark chocolate and black olive overtones on the finish, underscored by bright acids and chewy tannins.
