This wine is dense, with deep ruby/purple colors, and gorgeous black currant fruit intermixed with cedar, tobacco, dried herbs, and earth. The 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon The Copper Mine exhibits a youthful opaque purple color, high tannin and acidity, and outstanding concentration, richness, and intensity.
