Showing good power and intensity, the 2015 Chianti Classico Riserva Baruffo mirrors the qualities of this warm and sunny vintage with dark cherry and dried blackberry backed by tilled earth, tobacco and spice. The fruit is a little dried out and lean, so I would suggest drinking this wine in the medium term with a sausage and artichoke frittata. Some 10,000 bottles were made.
