The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is an excellent albeit closed wine. With high levels of tannin, a rugged personality, and firm, restrained black currant and plum-like fruit intertwined with notions of oak and chocolate mocha, it should be enjoyed over the next 6-7 years.
