Last Tasted 3/92 This wine still gets my nod as the finest regular bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon the Joseph Phelps Winery has ever produced. Still impressively dark ruby/purple, with slight amber at the edge, the nose offers a concoction of chocolate, cedar, licorice, and black fruits. In the mouth, this full-bodied wine exhibits superb concentration, soft tannins, and plenty of length. This wine is still not fully mature! Where well-stored, it should last for another 10-15 years.
