The 2008 Sagrantino di Montefalco RC emerges from the glass with sweet herbal notes that meld into a core of expressive fruit. There is plenty of concentration and depth, but also excellent varietal character as well. The Sagrantino is one of the more recent additions to the lineup, and it continues to show improvement.
