The 2011 Weemala Pinot Gris displays notes of poached pears, apple tart and honeysuckle with a hint of allspice. Dry and light to medium-bodied, the palate lends a nice suggestion of silkiness with a good amount of spicy fruit and a medium-long finish. Drink it now through 2013.
