The 2007s continue to fill in nicely, and in a number of cases, wines that started as relatively forward, up-front efforts now have more mid-palate weight and flesh. The 2007 St Joseph Lieu Dit St Joseph is a great example of the vintage and has a sunny, sexy personality to go with lots of black raspberries, crushed flowers and cured meat-like aromas and flavors. Textured, full-bodied and already straight-up delicious, enjoy it anytime over the coming decade.
