The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is laced with freshly cut flowers, mint, spices and licorice. It is one of the most restrained and finessed of the wines I tasted at Bryant. Clean streaks of minerality frame the fruit as the wine fleshes out on the focused, energetic finish. The 2010 is shaping up to be a gem. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2030.
