A lovely wine to try as an interesting alternative to Chardonnay. It’s dry and crisp, with a creamy texture housing complex flavors of oranges, limes and pears, with an earthiness suggesting sweet cashews. There’s a ton of fruity, spicy extract in this wine, which floods the mouth with pineapple and cinnamon flavors, as well as oak. But it’s lively in acidity, keeping it clean and refreshing.
