The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Grassini Family Vineyard has pretty scents of apricot and nectarine with accents of tarragon, lime leaves, beeswax and flint. The medium-bodied palate is satiny and elegant with concentrated yet understated flavors, plenty of balancing acidity and a long finish with dynamic flavor layers. Generous and energetic, it's beautiful today but offers 5-7+ years' aging potential. 250 cases were made.

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Grassini Family Vineyard is a gorgeous cuvée with the quality and character of a fine Bordeaux Blanc. Its herbal white peaches and lime peel aromas are accented with wafts of dried chamomile and flint, and the medium-bodied palate is satiny, detailed and expansive. It has energetic acidity, honeyed bass tones and incredible length—signs this might become more compelling with a bit of bottle age.

The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Grassini Family Vineyard opens with notes of struck match and gunflint, showing glimpses of warm peaches, kiwi and honeyed notes with loads of bright citrus: ruby red grapefruit, lime peel and tangerine. The light to medium-bodied palate has a pleasantly rounded texture contrasted by tangy acidity and citrus flavors, finishing long with lots of verve. 250 cases were made.

The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Grassini Family Vineyard reveals a buttery aromas of guava, beeswax and subtle passion fruit, followed by a medium-bodied, glossy palate with a moderately fresh, oily finish. A little more cut and concentration would see it score higher.

The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc Grassini Family Vineyard opens with honeyed peaches and lemon curd on the nose with wafts of crushed stones and sautéed herbs in the background. The medium-bodied palate possesses a pleasant oiliness, with some dried apricot notes coming through and a toasty finish.
