The 2018 Wedding Cuvée has a pale onion skin color and aromas of baked apples, almonds, toasted brioche, beeswax and dried chamomile. The light-bodied palate is dry and delicate with energetic mousse and honey-nut nuances on the finish.

The 2014 Wedding Cuvée has a pale cherry-pink color with a crushed stone and berry-scented nose with touches of toasted almonds. Dry, it offers rounded red berry flavors in the mouth with pleasant phenolic texture, creamy mousse and a clean finish. 4,500 cases produced.

The 2013 Wedding Cuvee opens with notes of dried apple slices, brioche and toasted almonds with touches of pear tart and beeswax. It's very light and refreshing in the mouth with a faint toastiness and apple-laced finish. 5,900 cases produced.

A beautiful wine, in the Iron Horse style, with plenty of ripe fruit balanced with crisp acidity. The lime, strawberry and raspberry flavors have a pleasantly yeasty edge, with a slightly sweet finish.——S.H.(12/15/2011)—— 88

Revealing tiny, well-formed bubbles, the 2006 Wedding Cuvee (86% Pinot Noir and 14% Chardonnay aged 3 years on the yeast) offers a chalky, lemon zest, and citrus-scented bouquet, a crisp, medium-bodied style with lots of minerality, outstanding purity, and good length.
