Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Organic Shiraz has lifted aromas of blackberry and black cherry with some earth and hints of anise and mint. Full-bodied with a medium level of chewy tannins and high acidity, it gives a medium-long fruity finish. Drink it now through 2013.
