Made from a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, the 2014 Chateauneuf du Pape Collection Bio comes from a mix of clay and rolled stone soils and spent 16 months in concrete tanks before being bottled unfined and unfiltered (as are all of the cuvées here). It has an elegant, refined and silky style as well as beautiful notes of savory cherries, blackberries, truffle and Proven?al garrigue.
