The red wines are all exuberantly fruity, cleanly made rich wines. I enjoyed the 100% Grenache wine called The Custodian. The 1995 is a textbook example of Grenache. Peppery, kirsch, black-cherry, and roasted peanut aromas are followed by medium to full-bodied, fruit-filled wines, with excellent berry richness, and soft, fat, lush personalities.
