The dark-colored 1995 Zinfandel Duerte Vineyard (15.2% alcohol) reveals rich, spicy, red and black fruits, along with notes of loamy earth, minerals, and herbs. The wine possesses admirable ripeness, sweet fruit, and medium to full body, but tasted alongside the other Turley Zinfandels, it is more monolithic with less aromatic and flavor dimension.
