The 2009 Chablis Terroir de Courgis is lovely, wafting from the glass with aromas of waxy lemon rind, oatmeal and smoke. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, glossy and textural, with an ample attack, excellent concentration and succulent underlying acids, concluding with a pure finish. It's a terrific wine that maximizes the potential of the vintage.
