Neither Patrick Piuze or I are admirers of this challenging Chablis vintage, but even Piuze admitted that the 2013 Chablis Terroir de Courgis was "not as bad as I expected it to be." Bursting with musky aromas of peaches, spices and exotic fruits, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with juicy acids and a flavorful finish. It's certainly atypical, but it's drinking very well now in its style.
