The 2014 Chablis Terroir de Courgis was one of the highlights of this tasting, unfurling in the glass with notes of crisp green apple, lemon and beeswax, framed by a subtle touch of reduction. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, with a satiny attack, superb concentration at the core and a tangy line of acidity, bursting with energy. Its perfect balance marks it out as the finest vintage of this cuvée that Piuze had produced to date.
