The 2010 Chablis Terroir de Courgis is reminiscent of a tangier, higher-toned version of the 2012, displaying a smoky bouquet of tangerine and lemon oil, followed by a concentrated, chewy, medium to full-bodied palate, concluding with a chalky finish. Piuze notes that strong winds in this vintage had a concentrating effect. It doesn't have quite the purity or harmony of the 2012 or 2014—perhaps because Piuze had to move cellars during the élevage of this wine—but it's a very strong effort.
